Welcome back for another episode of Content Marketing… Stripped!
Confidence is attractive. It makes people warm to you, trust you and feel more comfortable buying from you.
But there’s also a fine line between confidence and arrogance right?
This week’s episode looks at how you can use 3 very simple phrases to add in a healthy dollop of confidence, without going over the top. (Bloopers at the end of the video)
And don’t forget you can also access the free How to Write a Sales Page tutorial.
I’d love to know what words and phrases fill you with confidence when reading content like sales pages. Let me know in the comments below!

Amy your videos crack me up. I love them.
Since you give such great advice out, let me reciprocate.
It’s important that you still add robust content on the posts where you embed your videos. Though I believe humans will enjoy and find this advantageous, the main reason is for search engines. Yep back to SEO tactics.
The only way search engines really know what your page is about is if you put it in text. Search engines don’t really know what the video is all about. The meta information that goes with them is minimal.
Though it may seem silly, writing pretty much what you just did a video on is the best way to communicate to search engines.. Then when when I google “confident copywriting” Google and other search engines know that your page is a contender for that search result page.

Bonus suggestion: Pose a question and ask people to comment.

Hey Jules!
Thanks so much for your content and I hear ya when it comes to writing out the content of the video. I usually try and add a longer blog post, but got short on time with this week’s episode.
Love your suggestions and really appreciate sharing your expertise here. I know plenty will find it useful too.
And thanks for prompting me to ask a question, will think about that for next time!
